The Deputy Chairman of Committees (Lord Geddes) (Con)
My Lords, it is now 3.45 pm. The Grand Committee is in session. I remind Members that they are encouraged to leave some distance between themselves and others—quite difficult in this Room—and to wear a face covering while not speaking. If there is a Division in the Chamber while we are sitting, this Committee will adjourn as soon as the Division Bells are rung and resume after 10 minutes. I think the likelihood of that is just about zero.
