Ordered,
That, at the sitting on Thursday 9 September, proceedings on the business determined by the Backbench Business Committee shall be entered upon immediately after the conclusion of the remaining stages of the Rating (Coronavirus) and Directors Disqualification (Dissolved Companies) Bill, and, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs (2) and (4) of Standing Order No. 14 (Arrangement of public business) insofar as they relate to the timing of half days, may be proceeded with until 5.00 pm or for three hours, whichever is the later, and shall then lapse if not previously disposed of; and those proceedings may continue, though opposed, after the moment of interruption.—(Scott Mann.)
