Christine Blower, having been created Baroness Blower, of Starch Green in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, was introduced and made the solemn affirmation supported by Lord Dubs and Lord Knight of Weymouth, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
