Raminder Singh Ranger, CBE, having been created Baron Ranger, of Mayfair in the City of Westminster, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Leigh of Hurley and Baroness Vere of Norbiton, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
