David Ellis Brownlow, CVO, having been created Baron Brownlow of Shurlock Row, of Shurlock Row in the Royal County of Berkshire, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Baroness Chisholm of Owlpen and Lord Callanan, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
