The right honourable Peter Bruce Lilley, having been created Baron Lilley, of Offa in the County of Hertfordshire, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Baker of Dorking and Lord Lamont of Lerwick, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
