That the standing orders relating to public business be amended as follows:

Standing Order 10 (Hereditary peers by-elections)

In paragraph (1), after “death” insert “, or resignation or expulsion from the House under the House of Lords Reform Act 2014,”.

In paragraphs (2) and (3): after "death" insert "or resignation or expulsion".
