That the standing orders relating to public business be amended as follows:

Standing Order 40 (Arrangement of the Order Paper).

In Standing Order 40(9), insert at end “, except for balloted topical Questions for Short Debate on Thursdays, which shall be entered after the first motion for general debate.”
