Sir Jeremy Hugh Beecham, Knight, having been created Baron Beecham, of Benwell and Newcastle upon Tyne in the County of Tyne and Wear, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Walton of Detchant and Lord Cunningham of Felling, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
