We consider UK C&VG classification policy to be presently aligned with Mainland European & North American standards permitting obscene publications, however, the UK C&VG industry has historically generated substantial financial revenue & profit without the inclusion of sexualisation & explicit violence.

We are of the view that the explicit violence & sexualisation depicted in modern C&VGs is unnatural, extreme & unrepresentative of human sensibilities and that such distortions of the human psyche are of potential detriment to the development of children & adults using C&VGs.
