Fund starter packs for girls in primary school for their first period

The Government should provide funding for starter packs to be provided to girls in primary schools alongside teaching about menstrual wellbeing and the menstrual cycle.

Packs should include sanitary products, wipes, bags to dispose and a pamphlet containing information about using the products in the pack, and advice for their first period. Such as what they can expect when the time arrives.

We think this is necessary in primary schools as many girls have their first period when at primary school, and may not be adequately prepared for this. I believe this will prepare them for their first period and how to deal with it correctly.
