Repeal section 35 of the Scotland Act 1998

Allow the Shetland Islands the opportunity to hold a referendum on staying as part of Scotland or becoming a crown dependency of the UK.

We want the goverment to arrange a referendum to give voters the chance to decide whether the Scottish Parliament should be abolished.
I want the Government to reverse their decision to block the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill, as this legislation contains important provisions for the LGBT community in Scotland. We are a United Kingdom, and the UK Government should not block devolved legislation.

Amend the Scotland Act 1998 to the effect that all people living in the U.K. who could qualify as Scottish (one Scottish grandparent) should have a full and equal vote in any future independence referendum, after having proven their entitlement to vote in such a referendum.
