To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of 22 March 2022 to Question 101747 on Department of Health and Social Care: Meller Group, whether the reference to LB in the meeting minute is to a Departmental official; and whether the reference to Michael office refers to the office of the then Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster.

In the minute to the meeting of 6 April 2020, LB refers to the former Parliamentary Under Secretary of State (Lord Bethell). The Department’s records do not include details which enable us to confirm the reference to ‘Michael’s office’.

The Department has received two relevant Freedom of Information requests. The first was received on 2 March 2021 and responded to on 30 March 2021.The second was received on 28 June 2021 and is being considered for release. We aim to answer it as soon as possible. Copies of both requests and the response to the request of 2 March is attached.
