Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the risk management processes at Howard Cottage housing association.

Responsibility for the assessment of the governance and financial viability of housing associations - including risk management - lies with the Regulator of Social Housing.
