Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask Her Majesty's Government what representations they have made to the government of Azerbaijan about the importance of adhering to the terms of the Nagorno-Karabakh ceasefire agreement; and in particular, the provision that parties "shall stop at their current positions".

The UK Government continues to monitor the ongoing tensions on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan. We have raised the importance of regional stability and security in our contacts with partners in the region, including both Armenia and Azerbaijan.
