A full time series of data from 1988 and for all world regions is available in the Agriculture section of the UK Chapter 14 data set on the GOV.UK website.
Note that the origins of domestic consumption figures are not the same as the production to supply ratio (sometimes referred to as self-sufficiency). In 2016 the UK production to supply ratio for all food was 60%.
