Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they plan to publish a memorandum, setting out their detailed analysis of the Welfare Reform and Work Bill's implications for children's rights under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, in accordance with the commitment given by the Coalition Government in December 2010; and if so, when.

Ministers had regard to all relevant international obligations when formulating the policies and consider that these obligations have been complied with.
