We understand there are over 100 local and international non-governmental organisations providing humanitarian assistance in Syria, some of whom operate in areas of north-west Syria controlled by Hayat Tahrir al Sham (HTS), a proscribed terrorist organisation. We are not aware of any organisations, opposition groups or local councils providing military assistance in HTS-controlled areas or providing humanitarian or military assistance in the remaining area controlled by Daesh.
