The Independent HS2 Construction Commissioner investigates any construction complaint that has not been resolved under the first step of HS2 Ltd’s complaints process. This process is available online at: https://www.hs2.org.uk/how-to-complain/.

To date, three construction complaints have been referred to the Independent Construction Commissioner to carry out an independent review. Of these three complaints, one has been upheld and two are currently open and under investigation. The recommendations made by the Independent Construction Commissioner in relation to the one upheld complaint have been accepted by HS2 Ltd.
