Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps he is taking to increase public awareness of (a) sarcoma and (b) other less common cancers.

Public Health England in partnership with NHS England and NHS Improvement, launched a new cancer campaign in October 2020 encouraging people aged over 50 who are experiencing persistent symptoms which are indicative of a broad range of cancers to contact their general practitioner.
