The Department does not hold this data. The number of high-rise residential multi-occupied buildings of 18 metres or more in height, or more than six storeys (whichever is reached first) in England is published in the Building Safety Programme: monthly data release. The 2017-18 English Housing Survey estimates that shared ownership properties make up a very small proportion of all owners (1 per cent or 157,000 households).
