Following the introduction of new national restrictions on 5 November, additional advice and support has been provided to clinically extremely vulnerable people to protect themselves further from COVID-19. This advice, and the wider national restrictions, will remain in place until 2 December. At the end of this period we will return to a regional approach based on the latest data. The guidance to clinically extremely vulnerable people is regularly reviewed and the Government will not hesitate to make necessary changes.
