Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many calls to the telephone lines operated for taxation advice by HMRC were cut-off by the HMRC telephony system in January 2021 (a) due to the calls exceeding the telephone system queuing time limits and (b) for other reasons.
