Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, what costs have been incurred by the public purse as a result of his Department contesting Freedom of Information requests relating to procurement received by his Department during the covid-19 outbreak, to date.

Responses to all FOI requests are handled in line with the legislation, including applying relevant exemptions where applicable.

The costs of resourcing Freedom of Information requests are met within departmental budgets.
