Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether the Police National Computer holds information on individuals' immigration statuses.
This question was answered on 5th November 2019
PNC does not hold information on the immigration status of all individuals. However, PNC is used to record people that are wanted for immigration offences or have been deported.
