To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, when she plans to publish the immigration rules for British National (Overseas) passport holders.

The Home Secretary was pleased to announce details of the new immigration route for Hong Kong British National (Overseas) citizens today, which can be found at:

Immigration Rules for the new Hong Kong BN(O) Visa will be brought forward in due course.
