The effective and timely handling of Parliamentary Questions and correspondence is of great importance to the Northern Ireland Office and its Ministers.

Officials work at pace to draft, clear and issue responses to PQs and correspondence from MPs. Between the period 1 May to 31 July 2022, the Northern Ireland Office answered 100% of PQs on time and an average of 78% of all correspondence to MPs on time.
