Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what steps he is taking to ensure minimal disruption in the regularity in which claimants in Hull will receive income from their benefits prior to the introduction there of universal credit in 2018.

There will be no disruption to current benefit claimants where the full Universal Credit service rolls out. The service is for new claims or for those who have a significant change in circumstances.
