Data on the number of households affected by the benefit cap and the number of these households that are in (a) social rented housing and (b) private rented housing (i) nationally and (ii) in each region can be found on Stat-Xplore, the Department’s online interactive tabulation tool, which can be accessed here: https://stat-xplore.dwp.gov.uk/

Data on the number of households affected by the benefit cap in (c) temporary accommodation is not available and could only be provided at disproportionate cost.
