Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, when she expects to be able to announce the cut-off date for EU citizens to qualify for settled status or temporary status.

The ‘cut off’ date is a matter for negotiations with the EU as part of delivering a reciprocal agreement.
