Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to the EU Settlement Scheme Policy Equality Statement (PES) dated 22 May 2019, published on 7 September 2021, and the section on page 27 on Evidence of abuse by non-EEA nationals, detailing the National Risk Assessment approach towards undocumented non-EEA family members, which has been redacted from the up-to-date PES, and pursuant to the Answer of 25 October 2021 to Question 56477, on Immigration: EU Nationals, when the National Risk Assessment is used; under what circumstances the National Risk Assessment is used; and what the outcome was of the most recent National Risk Assessment.

The National Risk Assessment is not used in connection with EU Settlement Scheme applications and is no longer produced.
