Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many people who have been admitted to hospital with a (a) primary and (b) secondary diagnosis of coronary heart disease has been per 100,000 population in each of the last 10 years as recorded by the Hospitals Episodes Statistics database for (i) England and (ii) each local commissioning organisation.
