Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what discussions officials of his Department have had with stakeholders in developing the new budget impact test that NICE plans to introduce on 1 April 2017.

Departmental officials have held a number of meetings with external stakeholders in which the budget impact test was discussed.
