UK Visas and Immigration: Contracts

Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment she has made of the operation of the contract with Sitel UK for UK Visas and Immigration since its entry into force on 1 June 2017.
This question was answered on 11th September 2017
The contract with Sitel has been live for 3 months and so it is too early to make that assessment. The contract will be reviewed at set points throughout its term.
