To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what timescales are in place for the delivery of Northern Powerhouse Rail.

The Integrated Rail Plan (IRP) will shortly recommend the funding, delivery, and sequencing profile of the Northern Powerhouse Rail (NPR) programme.
