Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what discussions she has had with her Cabinet colleagues on whether the Government can change the rights of citizens from other EU countries resident in the UK leaves the EU.

As the Government has made clear, while we remain a member of the EU the Treaty rights of EU nationals living in the UK remain unchanged.
