In the 14 months since the 2 December 2015 vote to support airstrikes against Daesh targets in Syria, the Government has updated the House on four occasions: 16 December 2015, 8 February 2016, 24 May 2016, 3 November 2016. The next update is due soon. It is the intention of this Government to continue to update the House regularly on the progress of the counter Daesh campaign in Iraq and Syria for the foreseeable future.
