Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many people are currently working towards nursing degree apprenticeships in England.

Public sector organisations in scope to meet the public sector apprentice target provide data annually to the Department for Education. Data on the numbers of people currently working towards nursing degree apprenticeships, termed ‘participation’, is not available in year.

Available data on apprentice starts and participation is included in the following table.
