Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what information his Department holds on how many market rent only agreements have been offered by pub owning companies to pub tenants as a result of the outcome of an adjudication by the Pubs Code Adjudicator since July 2016.
