Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what his Department's policy is on smoking on the premises of mental health units.

The Department supports the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence and Public Health England both of which have issued guidance on introducing smokefree mental health units.
