The Home Office Homicide Index contains information on partner / ex-partner homicides. Information on the number of women and men aged 16 or over killed by a partner or ex-partner in England and Wales for each of the last five years is given in the table.

This information is taken from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) publication Focus on Violent Crime and Sexual Offences: Year ending March 2015, available here: https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/crimeandjustice/compendium/focusonviolentcrimeandsexualoffences/yearendingmarch2015

Information for 2015/16 will be published by the ONS in February 2017.
