To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the Answer of 16 January 2017 to Question 58750, how many times the CommandPoint system for the London Ambulance Service has experienced an outage or failure in (a) 2012, (b) 2013, (c) 2014 and (d) 2015.
