Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, whether it is his policy to retain the principle of exportability for state pensions when the UK leaves the EU.

UK State Pensions are payable worldwide under domestic legislation. There are no plans to change this policy.
