Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many (a) employment and support allowance and (b) personal independence payment appeals there have been in (i) Jarrow constituency, (ii) South Tyneside and (iii) the North East in each year since 2010; and how many such appeals were successful.

3 PIP replaced Disability Living Allowance for people aged 16 to 64 and rolled out from 8 April 2013. As such, appeal volumes in HM Courts & Tribunals Service in the Year 2013-2014 are low.
