Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what assessment he has made of the accessibility the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme for businesses that are unable to access that scheme as a result of Sharia law restrictions on taking interest bearing loans.

The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme provides grants. These do not accrue interest.
