Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, with reference to Freedom of Information Request Ref: 0709, Breaches of international humanitarian law Yemen, which Minister referenced is of the opinion that the disclosure of the information concerned would be likely to inhibit the free and frank provision of advice and the free and frank exchange of views for the purposes of deliberation.

As the covering letter in response to the Freedom of Information request states, some of the information that was requested is exempt under Sections 35(1)(a) and 36(2)(b)(i) and (ii) of the FOI Act.
