Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, whether he plans to introduce restrictions on the overseas ownership of new properties in London; and if he will make a statement.

The Government currently has no plans to introduce restrictions on overseas ownership of new properties in London or elsewhere in the country, but will keep the issue under review.
