Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many times the CommandPoint system for the London Ambulance Service has experienced an outage or failure in the last 12 months.

The Computer Aided Dispatch system at London Ambulance Service has experienced outages on three occasions in the last 12 months. Following the most recent outage, an investigation is ongoing in order to determine a clear cause.
