Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what information his Department holds on the number of local authorities which have ringfenced funding for the Independent Living Fund that has been transferred to them.

My Department does not hold this information, however, all local authorities have been allocated sufficient funding to ensure that existing commitments to former ILF users can be paid in full for the remainder of this year.
