To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, with reference to his oral evidence to the European Scrutiny Committee on 26 October 2016, on Parliamentary Scrutiny of EU Trade Deal: Canada/EU Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, HC 792, for what reasons a debate on that agreement did not take place in the House in November 2016.
